In a shallow dish, combine the wine vinegar, olive oil, chili powder, garlic, onions, salt, pepper, basil and parsley.  Place the <strong>boneless</strong> <strong>prime rib roast</strong> into the marinade and turn occasionally for 2-6 hours.  Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  Roast the <strong>boneless</strong> <strong>prime rib roast</strong> in the oven for 2-3 hours or about 20 minutes per pound.  Serve the <strong>boneless</strong> <strong>prime rib roast </strong>with au gratin potatoes.</p>

In a large mixing bowl, mix together oregano, basil, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, beer and lemon juice.  Spread herb mix all over the roast of <strong>prime ribs </strong>and wrap the seasoned roast with saran wrap.  Allow the roast of <strong>Prime ribs </strong>to marinate for 6-8 hours.  Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove the roast of <strong>prime ribs</strong> from the saran wrap marinate and sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Place the marinated roast in the oven for 50-60 minutes.  Slice the roast of <strong>prime ribs</strong> into 1 inch thick steaks and serve with garlic roasted potatoes and corn.</p>
