Ingredients:
- 1 Prime Rib Roast
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Rub the prime rib roast with flour and sprinkle it with salt, pepper and garlic powder.  Place the prime rib roast, fat side up, in a roasting pan.  Roast in the oven for 3.5-4 hours, or about 20 minutes per pound.  Temperatures measured with a meat thermometer should range from 140 – 160 degrees for rare to well done.  Slice the roasted prime rib into 2-3 inch thick steaks and serve with your favorite greens.
