In a large bowl, mix together the sesame seeds, teriaki sauce, garlic, rice wine, lemon juice, olive oil, green onions, salt and pepper.  Put the <strong>prime rib roast</strong> into the oriental marinade and allow the roast to marinade for 1 day.  Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.  Place the <strong>prime rib roast</strong> on a roasting pan and into the oven for 50-60 minutes or until done.  Slice the roast into 1-2 inch thick steaks and serve with rice and steamed vegetables - a great Chinese recipe.</p>
