Slow Cooked Prime Rib Steaks

Ingredients:
- 1 prime rib roast
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 beef boullion
- 1 cup water

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Season the prime rib roast with salt and pepper. Place the seasoned prime rib roast into the oven for 2-3 hours or about 20 minutes per pound. Meanwhile in a saucepan heat the onion, garlic, parsley, sugar, beef boulloin and water. Slice the prime rib roast into 1-2 inch steak slices and serve with the homemade sauce.

Garlic Salt Prime Rib Steaks

Ingredients:
- 1 Prime Rib Roast
- 4 tbsp garlic salt
- 1 tbsp rosemary
- 1 tbsp sage
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Use a small mixing bowl to combine the garlic salt, rosemary, sage, pepper and olive oil. Then brush the prime rib roast thoroughly with the garlic mixture to completely coat. Place the Prime rib on a medium roasting pan, fat side up, and bake in oven for 45-60 minutes. Allow the prime rib roast to cool about 10 minutes before cutting in order to finish cooking, internally. Slice prime rib into steaks and serve immediately with au jus sauce.

Prime Rib with Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients:
- 1 Prime Rib Roast
- 12 small red potatoes
- 1 large onion sliced
- 6 large carrots peeled and quartered
- 4 large green peppers sliced
- 12 baby tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Prepare the prime rib roast by sprinkling it with salt and pepper. Place the prime rib roast in a roasting pan and surround it with the red potatoes, onions, carrots, green peppers and tomatoes. Pour some olive oil over top of the vegetables and season them with parsley, salt and pepper. Set the prepared prime rib roast in the oven for 2-3 hours depending on the size of your roast, about 15-20 minutes per pound. Slice the prime rib roast into 2-3 inch steaks and display on a platter with the vegetables surrounding the meat.

Traditional Prime Rib Roast

Ingredients:
- 1 Prime Rib Roast
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rub the prime rib roast with flour and sprinkle it with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place the prime rib roast, fat side up, in a roasting pan. Roast in the oven for 3.5-4 hours, or about 20 minutes per pound. Temperatures measured with a meat thermometer should range from 140 - 160 degrees for rare to well done. Slice the prime rib roast into 2-3 inch thick steaks and serve with your favorite greens.
